Hi @Sean Davidson! It's so nice to meet you! It's so amazing to see that there are some neighbors just around the corner. I have been trying to research all of the things NOT to do so that I can prevent as many mistakes as I can. I know there is a learning curve but I still want to prepare. I am glad I am not the only one. Ha.

I have heard that deals are hard to find. And you are right, you can't find them on the MLS here. Nashville seems to just be too hot for anything right now. I know people are out there doing it, but from what I can tell they are larger companies at this point... Thank you so much for your willingness to help out. It awesome to know that you already have that network out there. I am starting from square one so I am on the hunt for everything. Since the market is so hot right now are you just waiting for deals in the Nashville area or are you venturing off into other parts of TN? I have considered that too!

I am still trying to get used to the website. Flipping mostly for the time being and possibly rentals in the future. Right now most of my questions revolve around financing deals. So I guess I can just search for those topics!

My name is Ashley and I live in the amazing city of Nashville, TN. In my free time you can find me hiking, attending concerts in the park, or exploring the city with my boyfriend and dog. I have always loved real estate, design, and the all around idea of transforming spaces; which is why I am specifically interested in flipping. I never knew how to make it happen until I started searching general flipping topics on Youtube and found *drum roll please* ... Bigger Pockets! I have friends that flip in the Seattle area who have been coaching me, but I am interested in learning as much as I can so that I can do my first flip this year. I am extremely excited to be a part of such an awesome BP family!
