I believe it's a bank owned property, I'm looking into it as I write this, and am definitely going to get in touch with a local realtor I know. I learned the hard way about bypassing inspections with my first home . thank you all I appreciate the info!

Hello everyone my name is Ashlee Young and I currently work full time as an MLT. I have one rental property by accident and have decided to pursue further. I am looking to gain any and all knowledge I can to make it happen. My husband and I have decided we are ready to be our own bosses and get off the 3rd shift. Looking to get our next property and want to do it smart. Extremely glad I found this community! Any advice is appreciated I am motivated but new to the lingo.
