That thought did occur to me. What are some friendlier states…texas, Washington. I am new to investing in rentals. Sure have lot to learn from this forum.

I am moving out of my primary home(in San Diego) that I plan to rent out. It currently has tiled countertop in kitchen & Formica-like countertops in 3 bathrooms.

Does upgrading them to quartz fetch more rent?
