Hi, I'm planning to buy my first rental property this year and was wondering the best way to obtain a LLC. I know there is legal zoom and companies like that but I'm not sure if this is what I should use to formulate my company. My husband and I are the only partner so operation agreement shouldn't be too complex? Lost as to use a CPA or a real attorney and what a fair cost for this?
