I don't mean to burst your bubble, but creative finance is more than a phone call. Beside I think you are limited to 5 year mortgages are you not? That would require more planning and a different approach. I'm always happy to talk though. 

 Thank you! Even that is insightful. Looks like I have a little more research to do. However, I will keep you in mind, because I still wouldn't mind talking to someone about investing.

Looking to chat with someone who is experienced in creative financing within Canada. I'm interested in 'subject to' or 'seller financing'. My goal is to get into a multi family investment using creative financing.
