I would recommend The Closing Agent on Summerlin & Central downtown Orlando. I do all of my closings there for my listings as an agent and my purchase/sales of my own investment properties in Central Florida.

Hey Edwin,

As a local real estate agent in Central Florida, I can say that I'm busier now than I've been in the last few years. If a property is priced appropriately, it's usually off the market in a few weeks...many times with multiple offers. I'm seeing Orlando home prices approach where they were right before the boom. Hi Everyone,

My husband, Thomas Swindell, has been a Bigger Pockets member for sometime now and I'm excited to become a member of the BP community as well. I'm a local real estate agent and my husband and I have been buy and hold investors since 2010 and successfully completed our first flip earlier this year. I'm looking forward to networking with everybody.
