I agree with everything that's been said as far as a business plan goes, since I am really new to real estate my business plan is really simple right now. Research, research, research, lol. I believe the worst thing I can do right now is to jump into something without understanding it. Oh yeah the second part of my current business plan is to reevaluate my personal budget and decide what amount I will be investing into a business account for the business. Then I can be creating a cash flow for the business while I am learning and deciding what direction to go. I will just be putting cash into a savings account for now, because I don't want to start a business account offficially until I have done more research on creating the business, and deciding whether I will do a DBA, LLC, etc. By the way, I decided to join here because I have spent many hours online researching, and I have found this to be the best forum yet.
