@Don DeMarco I do mostly investing, but my company is a full brokerage. I have only 6 agents with me, do not offer a lot of training for new agents. Everyone I have is very experienced. I do mostly residential investing and also note investing. Let me know if I can be of help.

In real estate investments, I think is a requirement to have a team of people you can trust and rely upon. Build a solid team, they can come handy when the deal comes, and you have some questions. Having a good team can help you close your deals much quicker. It is great in this business to have somebody that is looking out for your best interests.
