Wanted some thoughts on investing now on buy and holds in the DFW market.  Buy now or wait a bit for market to plateau or tick a bit down  or get a bit more buyer friendly?

 Been traveling lately so schedule may be an issue. However, weekends - Saturday's after mid day and any time Sunday,  works well for me.

working on my first one for 2017

My first one was off the MLS. The second one I'm interested in is also off the MLS. Both buy and hold for me so it comes down to my cash flow analysis on BP.
