Thank you for your response. I recently moved to Miami and am still trying to build connections here. While the market appears promising, it does seem to come with higher prices, rising HOA fees, and increased competition. As a result, it seems that a higher upfront investment is necessary to make the numbers work, especially when trying to offer a unique experience.
