Hey everyone!

I am a Realtor here in Los Angeles, and I have a pocket listing in Glendale.  It is a triplex with a unit mix of 1(2+1) & 2(1+1).  Currently, seller's whole family is living in each of the units, so I do not have a rent roll.  However, it is non rent-controlled and can be delivered fully vacant.  Per seller, pro forma rents are $2300 + 1000 + 900. @Brandon Turner I have actually listened to every single podcast at least once and have started listening to them a second time. I listen to one every morning before I go into the office. It would be great if there were a new one every day! ;) just a suggestion....or a BP radio station....

Hello everyone!

I have been a BP member for a few months now.  I have done a couple forum posts in which I received extremely helpful info on!  However, I am really wanting to network with others specifically in my area.  I missed a recent BP Meet-Up, unfortunately, and I'm not sure when/if there will be another in the near future.  So, I thought I would reach out to find other members in my area!  If anyone else in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area would like to meet/network, please reach out to me!  I am always looking for opportunities to network and learn from others!
