thats a good point. So what do you recommend, in which state i should have the LLC created MD or VA ?

Hi Folks,

my rental property comes into market this Fall. the property is in MD and i live in VA.

So my question is where should i create my LLC company in VA or MD ? what are the advantages & disadvantages ?
