Hey!

I wanted to ask what are the top things we as flippers should take into consideration or the strategies that add the most value when rehabbing a property to flip?

Thanks in advance!

As a rehabber, I am currently looking for private investors who are willing to fund our deals, but do they need to be accredited? for example if I have a family member or a friend that has the money.

I wanted to know if there is any way I could edit certain things in the downloadable PDF of the Flipping calculator. Like Purchase price, some financial information, logo resizing, etc.

Thanks in advance!

As a flipper, what are some tips to have a network of private lenders to fund deals for me? As a 50% - 50% JV?

Hey!

I just wanted to get some advice/comments on happyinvestor.com.

Is it a legit website and tool for real estate investors to find distressed properties? is it worth their membership?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Arturo Borges.
