my tires wouldn't been sliced if he was enforcing the rules under the state law. It states that if a owner provides parking for the tenants it must be safe and no burden on the tenant.He must resolve any issues pertaining to the problems.I and other tenants have called and spoke to him about 100 times in 1year and nothing still was done. The parking problems has resulted to violence

I want to know if the landlord is responsible for damages to my car by another tenant due to parking problems in which he won't enforce as my rental agreement states
