Anyone having success with Facebook ads with an investor Carrot website?  If so whats kind of results are you getting?

Im an considering signing up with Investor Carrot website.  What can I expect on marketing site through facebook or google adwords.  My ad spend budget is between 1k-2k per month.  What is avg cost per lead on facebook vs google?  

Anyone have any recommendations for a cash offer website geared towards motivated Sellers.  I am wondering whats out there? Companies wise?  Whats the google adwords leads cost?  I am currently utilizing zbuyer and I get 1 listing a month of that.  I can approach sellers as a buyer and agent.  I get double use out of it.

Has anyone had any luck with online motivated seller leads?  Is there a company that i can subscribe to to create website and run the google adwords?  Anyone have any luck with such a company?

Tim Wong  I am in same position.  I have around 200k to work with and I like the idea of multifamily investing.  I am looking into areas as well and I am open to partnering up if deals make sense.
