@Mitchell Litam congrats @Mitchell Litam!!! We had same situation and everything @Mindy Jensen and others have said is spot on. Property mgmt is a low bar and you will quickly add value and tenants will appreciate.

@Justin Scott we use Rentometer and it is worth the membership. We also use Craigslist, Zillow, Hotpads, and MLs for supporting comps.
