I found a vacant lot that I like a lot, the only problem is that it has a Well on the property.  What is the marketability of this type of property?  What are the pitfalls? Are there any workarounds?  Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi BP,

I recently purchased my first two land properties and I am now looking to sell them. I am hoping that you all could provide a few tips for marketing the properties. Both properties are small parcels of land (less than 1 acre). Thanks in advance.
