I came across a company called resourcentity that operates out of the Philippines and states they offer Virtual Assistance, Buyer & Seller Leads. But what peaked my curiosity was the service whereby they find you wholesale properties via their research, marketing etc. They will also locate an End Buyer if you like, or can use your own pool of Buyers. Your job from there is to then bring the deal to the Closing table and thus collect your fee. You do pay the company $800 each month with them supplying a couple of deals. I'm a pretty skeptical person, but I thought I would see if any of you have used their services. If so, what feedback do you have to offer as far as your experience? Thanks so much!

Good Afternoon fellow investors and Wholesalers. As a newbie I try to think ahead in order to avoid certain issues in the business. So my question is this. What to do if I fail to find an end buyer by the time the Purchase Sale agreement I signed with the seller expires? Am I then the potential owner of that property? Or is there a PSA with an exit clause for such situations? Thanks in advance!!

Hello all. I live S.C. and I hope to be on my way to having completed my first Wholesaling deal soon. I know there are many versions out there of a PSA and Assignment Contract. But I was hoping that there may be another SC wholesaler on this site that would be willing to share those forms with me. I know each state's  laws are different and therefore, having forms already being used in SC would provide me with such peace of mine. Plus I would just like to connect with another Wholesaler from SC, as I am still fairly new to this process. I look forward to your responses. Thanks so much!!

In order to avoid being stuck with a wholesale property that I'm trying to flip, how long should I wait before providing title company with the P/S Agreement? Is it best to wait until I have found an end buyer and then forward it along with the Assignment Agreement? I'm just trying to figure out the timing of all of this, being that I'm new to Wholesaleing. I welcome your feedback.

Hello, I'm new to Wholesaleing. But I don need some clarification please. Once I find a property and contact the seller, should I walk through the house to see what repairs are needed before I get the Purchase Sale Agreement signed by the seller? Or is that done after signing the PSA Contract? I would be looking to complete this deal as an Assignment. I would appreciate any helpful responses.
