Good Day BP community!

Okay so here's my scoop. I received my BA last year and went straight into studying for Real Estate. I passed the test in March, chose my brokerage a month later, and here I am now four months later with only 1 closed deal under my belt.

I want to start focusing my time on farming and expired listings now that I finally have capital to invest in flyers and call services. So my question to you is:

WHICH IS THE BEST METHOD TO GET THE PHONE NUMBERS OF THE HOME OWNER OF AN EXPIRED LISTING?

I have done my research and want to invest in Vulcan 7 and Mojo autodialer. Can anyone please give me their opinion in these products, and if they have a for-sure method that has been working for them to see more immediate results from expired listings?

Thanks for your opinion everyone.

 Best,

Whats going on guys... I have been watching this website from afar so I decided now's the time to say hello to y'all. Okay now thats out the way...

I NEED HELP FINDING THE RIGHT BROKERAGE TO WORK FOR ( near Chino Hills CA)!!!

Here's my background:

-Scholarship to University of Nevada for football.

-Obtained my Bachelors in Business Management July 2014

-Worked For Nissan for 40 days. Sold 15 cars, then quit (LONG STORY)

I am a couple weeks from taking this Real Estate Exam. I'm excited and eager for this new journey in life. I'm a hustler- so I love the "grind" of Real Estate. Please, If anyone from around that area that has any idea of any GREAT firms I should consider, Please let me know! I would REALLY appreciate it! :)

PEACE!

Hello all!

My name is Arthur Forrest. I come to you all because I am three weeks away from receiving my bachelors and I am very interested in real estate for the first career of choice out of college. I live in Chino Hills, CA.-approx. 30 min east of Los Angeles. I was hoping to run into a mentor/broker in the area to share stories with and lead me in the right direction.

Thanks!
