Hi everyone, I'm a new member from NV and seeking help to get started in REI.

I pretty much worked for myself as a loan officer during 2003-2008 and being able to spend time with my family. When the economy crashed I had to find a 9-5 job and saw my kids and wife less.

I would like to work for myself again where I can spend more time with my family and this is why I need to do REI.

If there's anyone out there that can help me get started I would appreciate it.

I'm just starting out and wanted to know when I do a double closing at the title company what are the fees I need to come up with?

Also if I have a seller behind on his payments and decides to sell property are the payments their behind on deducted from the sellers end? 

I have a potential deal with a seller that needs to sell house asap for liquid cash but has a contract with listing agent. 

Where can I get the contracts for sellers, buyers, listing agents and assignment?

I'm also new to wholesaling and would like to know where I can get seller contract, buyer contract, assignment contract and also contract for listing agent so I can assign his commision.
