Calling all landlords/property owners with places in or near Center City Philly. Would you be open to renting to a tenant looking for a multi-year lease, will also cover minor repairs, and take excellent care of your property? Message me and I’ll connect you!!

@Brad Spuhler Hi Brad, thanks for your response. Looking to rent seasonally and also be able to use personally from time to time. Looking for a place where numbers would make sense. How did you find the duplex and how did you assess numbers before purchasing? Also, do you have tips on areas of wildwood? A duplex would be great.

Hi, I am looking to invest in the Jersey shore. Areas such as North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, LBI, Sea Isle, Cape May, or Avalon. Any tips would be helpful, looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom place. What have you seen about rental season?

Also, I am looking for a property manager for peak season. All recommends are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

My husband and I are trying to put an offer for a house in Cherry Hill, NJ which is being listed due to an estate sale. The entire house needs to be cosmetically renovated and the seller has priced it lower to allow for this. However, due to county limitations we don’t qualify for a 203k since the house is over the limit. We are looking into a home style loan but there’s still a limit that requires us to have to put a lot out of pocket. The after repair value will be about $100k more than total house and repair cost after everything is done. Any way to be able to borrow more for a renovation loan?

Hi all, I thought I would post this on here to see if anyone had any insight or recommendations. I am looking for a developer to work with to build a new single family home in Voorhese, Moorestown, Cherry Hill, NJ area. I would even be open to a project that has already started and buy in the early phase. Please let me know if you know of anyone or any of these projects in the area!
Thanks @ryan cox for the response!
I have a few single family properties that are rented out and I am looking to go into the larger multi unit property space (possibly a large apartment complex). I am curious how people ran the numbers but also what kind of information was put together for investors and/or financing. I have an accounting background and also have considered working with a firm to help put this together to get investors. Also, for investors out there, I'd be curious what you would be looking for when investing. Thoughts?
Hi Joe, I would be interested in discussing more. I am looking to purchase 6-10 unit property in/near Philly.
