hi everyone...i am back....yes after a while..Question. i am (hopefully) at the last step in selling my TAX deed property. (bought it at a county auction). i got my title & the buyer who is ready to do the closing got a msg from his insurance co. sating that they DO NOT insure tax deed properties nor close on it. the guy made a deposit and we don't know what to do. My property is in Daytona.

ANYBODY KNOW OF AN INSURANCE company for these kind of property to insure??

Your reply is HIGHLY appreciated!!!

What do i do Now, i have to search if any liens, obtain & process a title deed??....ANy ideas guys...i can send pics if needed & you guys be the judge...HELP...i am  scared but happy overall.....  ope to hear from you guys...

Hello everyone..it is me....i was away for a few..Ok..here is my latest down on tax deed.  i Saw a vacant lot in Miami (tax deed auction) with an opening bid of 8500USD and ASSESSED valued of 73!! (it sounded too odd) through a contact found out that this vacant lot CAN NOT BE SOLD because is is restricted as a ommom area to be developed as a park by the county(an not be touched not sold).  ufff thought i save my self big trouble (and i am a newbie) but people bid for it anyway!! it ended up at 16500 use final close bid price....How can this be??..any thoughts??

hello People!!...It is me Fanny again...I need help...DESPERATEDLY!! I am assisting to an tax deed auction very very soon in Florida, there is a vacant lot starting for about 5000 US. but the county's assesed value is of 13000 US. The neighborhood is a great one a bit upscale. I am thinking to de-forest the lot (it is a jungle) but i am just worried about the assessed price. I don't intend to build but to just re-sell it once a vacant is cleaned & available...Is this a  good investment. Why so low the assesed price in contrast with a good neighborhood &a nice area?...can the "assessed price" raise once the little jungle lot is de-forested and put back in the market?...i don't get it....Help please, ideas, comments, warning...they are all welcome.....thank you in advance...i hope some of you are awake. i need to know..auction is tomorrow

Jorge so the part where it says " property detail" and show you the "location address" this is the actual address of the property then?
