I would say the house probably needs a lot of repairs. Because you right. Who wants to loose a house for $100? Unless I'm missing something

Lisa,

Instead of waiting for auction day, I would try to skip trace the owner and work something out before auction and the deed will be hand over to you. This way, you wouldn't wait a year for the deed.

Hi,

I'm a newbie in RE and was looking to start off in wholesaling for now. Hopefully scaling to bigger projects in the future. I have been learning for a little bit over a month now and I'm looking for someone willing to provide more details that can guide me into the right direction or may be allow me to learn from them by watching.

Any advice/suggestion/recommendation, I will greatly appreciate.

Thanks.
