Anyone ever fired a management company? Have six properties they are managing- none of them well. Have existing tenants in 4 properties, 2 vacancies. Would love to hear from anyone who has done this about things to look out for, things you wish you had known, things you wish you had done differently, etc. Any advice is appreciated.

Hy there, I own a single family home free and clear in Atlanta GA- rental property with long term Tennant (appraised at 115K). Looking to put a mortgage on it to do some repairs on another property. I'm not overleveraged on anything else- I have very good credit, yet cant get anyone to even look at this loan for me. Any advice or answers? I'd love a few suggestions on companies that are currently lending. Thank you all.

Hey All-

Anyone have experience with a company called Total Mortgage? https://www.totalmortgage.com

They contacted me instead of the real estate agent linked to a property I saw online and was interested in- saying I needed a preapproval letter before I could see the property (which I understand) but then I got sucked into hearing about their company and considering it as a funding source.

Their website is, of course, filled with glowing reviews. Yelp reviews sing a wildly different tune...just seeing if anyone here has worked with them.

Thanks folks!
