Knowing the driveway is shared, is something like this covered in the lease?

If not, or if this is a first time occurrence, I'd start with gathering any tangible proof that the damages are a result of the other landlord or tenant ie; video camera, pictures and suggest to the tenant that they seek a resolution based on the evidence. If all else fails, i'd look at the local laws to see what type of escalation is possible and have them take it from there.

It's unfortunate for your tenant to be going through this but ultimately the situation seems to be out of your control considering you've already sought out a resolution on their behalf.

We play off the surrounding environment and our guests seem to love the 'cabin-esque' touches we add. Little things like the rower, lush wall and cute cow footrest. Also anything local is sure to be a hit, especially if its a conversation starter!

Hi Yiwei - Absolutely.

I help my clients in the Pocono's Pennsylvania area and i'm still finding cash-flowing STR's. We are seeing annual cash flow ranges from 15k - 25k on some of our managed properties.

The highest performing properties are typically 5 bedroom +, luxury spaces or are new builds with great amenity's with updated outdoor spaces. Properties at this level are closer to 750k and above.

This is kind of a general answer. If you'd like to explore the Pocono's Market further, lets connect.
