I was thinking about buying a home in Las Vegas and renting it through Airbnb. Any Bigger Pockets fam out there that does rentals through Airbnb?? Do u recommend it?? Thanks in advance.

Hello my BP fam, I have a (SFR) property that I bought in 2012 for 130k. My mortgage payment is $700 a month. I rent the property for 1500 so I have a cash flow of about 800 a month. However, the property is currently valued at about 380k. Should I cash out or should I just keep the cash flow going??

I'm a newbie to the real estate investing, but a highly motivated individual. I sure will be attending this meetup. Looking forward to meeting great ppl and hope to learn a lot.

Hello Everyone.

This is to all my investors, I would like to learn from all of your mistakes. I'm ready to do my first flip(auction homes, pre foreclosures, foreclosures homes) however, I want to gain as much knowledge as I can to become successful in the field. I know I have come to the right place for guidance. So, I would like to hear from your pass experiences. I want to know what to be ready for starting from the buy, to rehab, holding cost, realtor cost, Etc. I really appreciate your feedback. I want to thank all of my BP family for any info.
