We are in the East Texas area, so we are looking at Gregg, Harrison, Upshur and Smith county.

Does anyone have section 8 houses in their portfolio? If so, what has been your experience dealing with HUD and tenants?

We would rather stay within Texas because is more efficient for our operations. Maybe in the future, we might look outside of Texas.
