I am currently in search of a reputable property management company located in San Jose, California to manage a single-family rental property under my ownership. The ideal candidate for this position would have the capability to assist in the transition of current tenants and the acquisition of new ones, as well as overseeing any necessary renovation projects to enhance the interior of the property.

If you have any experience working with a property management company that meets these requirements, I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or referrals.

Hi Sacramento Folks,

I have a home in Elk Grove. My fiance and I would like to house-hack and convert part of our house and garage into an ADU. This would be an owner-build project.

I have done preliminary design and understand the general floor plan and location of each key component. I believe it would be smarter to get someone experienced with navigating the details of the design and approval process with the city.

Please let us know if you can refer any designers or architects who may be interested in working on the design and approval process.

Can anyone recommend real estate agents and lenders in the Sacramento, CA area? Looking to house hack by either buying multiplexes or SFRs with an ADU (and/or adding an ADU). Thanks.
