Thank you rick. i didnt try to make it seem like im ready to give up that want what i was trying to get across. i was wondering if itll be better to try and go for a bigger market in austin or houston. going to keep practicing like you said. ill get it down

Ive started out about a month ago and been cold calling nonstop but have yet to have any interest. i try to make offers when i can and seems like to foreclosure lists is way too small. should i try going into a bigger market like austin or houston and do it all remotely or keep it in SA?
