Brie , Michael f, James m. And Sandra g. Thank you for responding to my post.

So many questions and to many of which I don't have answers.  I think I will look into a heloc to see what I have to work with and I will start looking for an investor friendly realtor. James I will keep your offer in mind as I know I will need advice in the future...thanks

Hey, BP team!

I'm relatively new to the real estate world and I have a question and hoping that to get advice from all of you. I have learned a lot from all of you and love reading all the post and questions.I live in Houston tx in the spring branch area to be more exact and own a house in which I have a heloc loan of 10k that has expired n I'm making payments to pay it off. I also have a property that I adquired via  a fha loan.  Question: I would like to purchase another property or properties to  flip or hold but not sure what to do.  Should I sell this property I have in the spring branch area or should I get a heloc loan? I see there is a lot of new development, lots of new homes and townhouses in the area. The values have gone up!  What would you guys do? What should I take in consideration? Can't wait to hear back from you guy.

Thanks you so much for your help!

hello!

Everyone! Specially members of Houstn tx. I'm relatively new to Bp and  have learned a lot from you guys. I would like your input ( help).  I have been looking to buy a house to live in.  I live in the spring branch area but I have not found a house  in my price range and big enough to house my parents s, brother and ,sister. Oh , almost forgot and myDogs i rescued. By the way the reason I'm buying around this area is because our jobs.

And so I found this property in the Inwood forest subdivision in the nw area of houston tx. Now,  I now it's not the best area to live in but I have some friends that have lived in that area n have never had a problem .  My question is: I plan on living there for atleast 5 years or more, do you guys think the value of the house will get better with time  or will I lose money with time.  Pls excuse my English.  As it is my second language .. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have a debt of 13k and earn 40k yaerly. im not sure if i should just buy a house using an FHA loan n rent the curent house i live in? I noticed a lack of inventory in the har.com site n not sure if i should wait for a better time? I was told this is not a buyers market. Also what areas are considerd up & coming and good for investment? Thanks!
