Outsource or in-house? Any recomendation on who to use for mailers?

Things are not exactly working out with my current source. It's been 3 weeks and no mailers delivered and therefore I need to make a change.

Thanks all.

Thanks @Brian L. I would assume these homeowners are highly targeted and therefore door knocking a few hours a week would probably be the best. Going to google for list vendors.

As a newbie, I want to test out a few different strategies and then stick to what I feel will yield better results. I've started the 1,000 mailers every 14 days to absentee owners and now curious to see what this method will bring.

Thanks again for your insight.

Hi All,

Can anyone shed some light as to how to find pre-foreclosure and NOD properties? What is the best way to go about approaching these homeowners in terms of marketing? Door knock? And what is the best strategy to purchase these?

Thanks for any insight and wonderful week to everyone!

Thanks again everyone. Still waiting for calls to come in from my 1st mailer. The mailing company is out of the east coast and therefore transit times to CA are a bit longer.

In the meantime I will be driving out to look for vacant properties and placing sticky "I WANT TO BUY YOUR HOUSE" notes on the doors, windows... etc. I will then reserach for th owner and follow up with a mailer and or phone call.

Excellent Wednesday to all!

Hi everyone,

My name is Arlene and I live an work in San DIego, CA. I have been a mortgage broker for 10+ years and now transitioning into REI.

I have just sent out my first YL mailer and therefore excited to learn. I started out with 1,000 letters and hope to increase that as I get through the learning curve.

I have found BP to be extremely valuable and hope to contribute as well.

Thanks,

Arlene

Hi Everyone,

I'm a total newbie and just sent out my first 1,000 YL campaign. I want to be as prepared as possible but have no clue where I can obtain copies of the contracts to be used for "buying" and "selling".

Any help will be much appreciated..

Thanks!
