Hi, my name is Arla. I'm a single mother of five hoping too build a future for my children. I don't have any experience in realestate as yet but I'm hoping my 35 years in management gives me a little bit of an edge. I came across BP purely by accident when I was researching investing.

I have been reading everything I can get my hands on regarding rehabbing,flipping and investing in realestate. 

I am excited to learn from people who have had success and can't wait to connect with people on my area.

I am a true newbie and have to admit that I bought into the hype of wholesaling. I can't express how grateful I am to all the experience and in site that I have gotten from previous post. I now know that I must be diligent in my research and building my knowledge to become a respected investor in this business and that hard work is what it takes not a get rich quick scheme.   Thank you
