Hi there my name is Ariel Benavidez, I'm 25yrs old and live in Bradford Ont. north of Vaughan and south of Barrie.

I decided to get involved with this community and the world of Real Estate because I've come to realize that buying a house is one of the biggest monetary decisions we make in our lives and I know absolutely nothing about it!!

I am on my way to being a licensed Realtor, completed course 2 now booking course 3. I'm researching different markets across Ontario (mainly Toronto because I'd love to be close to the city) for the purpose of buying and selling as a registrant, but also to fix and flip homes.

I look forward to mingling within the BP community and absorbing as much knowledge as I can from all of you (and providing some of my own in the future)!!

With Intent,

Ariel

This thread is awesome so much insight! I'm getting excited just seeing how many people in my area are actually doing this!! I'll be joining the ranks soon...

Cheers!

Post: Wholesale + Real Estate License = Bad???

I just completed my second course in my real estate license and the instructor made an interesting point of how a registrant must disclose all known facts about the property. So for example, if someone is in distress and they're willing to let their house go for $30k under market value, I have to legally inform them that they are selling at under market value is that correct?

If so does this render wholesaling pointless as a registrant?
