Hello bigger pockets community,

I’m new to real estate investment, I own my home and recently acquire my first rental property, property is rented and doing well. My question is how do I go about getting finance for my next rental?

Thank you

Hello

I’m buying my first investment property a single family home. An appraisal was done and it came in at less than the prize agreed upon. The seller doesn’t want to lower the prize. My question is can I walk away from the deal without repercussions.

Post: So what's holding you back?

@Frank Patalano

The wife and I have finally decided to buy our first investment property we have saved the 20% required

for the down payment. We are now in the process of looking for a multi family property. We are now at that stage were we are afraid of choosing the right one for us. We’ve ran the numbers on several of them already. But it’s scary to say the least. What’s your advice.
