My first post since joining BP. I need help to make a decision on whether to use cost Segregation or not. I still regard myself as a new investor. I bought a 6 units residential property this year in central part of Massachusetts and do plan on holding the property for a long time. I have a high W-2, Plus another side business with 6 figures. My question is whether using cost segregation will help in dropping down my taxes, pros and cons.  What are good referral companies around MA that do cost segregation assessment?
