@John Elliott Hi John, thanks for sharing your experience. I am a novice investor and monitoring a couple of turn key websites, rootstock being one of them, to buy my first investment property. It’s more like testing the waters as first time experience until I learn how to swim myelf in turbulent water. Just wanted to ask a few basic questions; once your offer ia accepted, lets say at roofstock, , do you hire someone in local market to do the inspection and appraisal for you? what’s your source of finding right people for the job? Also do you use roofstock refered lenders or arrange your own finances? Any help will be highly appreciated as I am looking forward to acquire at least one cash flow rental property before new year.

@Danny Hubbard I just attended the 3-day Legacy basic training this weekend. Paid around $700 and another $200 for legacy trading training which I am more interested in. Overall it was a very informative session and I learned and took a lot of notes that will definitely help me in pursuing my real estate career as a beginner. They covered almost every aspect of real estate investment on basic to mid level detail and left the detailed information for $15k-50k Las Vegas Symposium this month. I left after lunch on the 3rd day as I knew the remaining few hours will be all spent on enticing people to join the elite training which I had planned not to buy into even before entring the room as I didn’t want to confront them on some legitimate concerns I had. The same technique I am planning to use for trading training in a couple of weeks.
