Do you have any wholesalers there by chance??

Hey! Long-term/short-term investor here! Possibly acquiring an assisted living facility with a financial partner and looking for someone who is experienced in the assisted-living-investing market who may be willing to answer some of my questions. Do you know of someone, or have any general advice on this? I’d love to hear from you!

We are out of state investors in the Birmingham Alabama area, and are looking to build an airtight team! We are especially looking for recommendations for amazing property management companies, local RE Agents, and contractors (general, or great local trades, as we have some fix-ups on tap). We are currently single home investors but hope to scale into small multi family (between 3 and 5 units depending on lending), here in the next year or so. Let’s network together! We have started building out our Single Family Rentals portfolio in Birmingham Alabama (we are out of state investors), and have realized we don't have the team we need in place. We have a property manager that was recommend to us by the seller, but we desperately need great recommendations for either a replacement and/or backups, and would love to network with others in the area, including other investors, contractors, subs, agents, etc. Our goal as investors is to maintain renovated properties right now, but are interested in 'BRRRR-ing' once we get a bit more established and built out as a team.
