I just started getting into wholesaler and recently I received a contract from a seller signed for a property near Pittsburgh, PA. 

Recently on biggerpockets I asked if anyone knew how to title search a property in PA. 

Someone responded and told me that both of you are legit wholesalers and have a alot of experience in PA. 

I was wondering if either of you two could give me some pointers on how to go about a title search on a property in Pittsburgh, PA. 

If anyone could give me some advice, it would be so helpful. Unfortunately, I am a timeline to get this deal closed.

I am absolutely new to wholesaling, but I have been having some trouble figuring out how to conduct a title search on a property I just got under contract near Pittsburgh. 

Does anyone have any advice on how to title search a property in Pittsburgh? 

P.S. Does anyone know of any closing attorney's in PA that can conduct  a double closing?

I am trying to close a deal in Allegheny County, PA. I understand that these questions may be redundant but I am looking for some help from someone as soon as possible who may have some knowledge in this area.

My first question is what contract type of contract is better to use in this area to close a deal with. I understand that what I do is creative real estate investing but I know that because I am a novice someone may know what works better.

My second question is what may be a better method to close a deal in Allegheny County, PA through a title company or an attorney or other way? If there is a a contract that any one has handy that I may use that works best for wholesaling property in Allegheny County, PA?

I know that last question was out of order, but my last question is does any other have a step-by-step guide I may use to close this deal after under contract?

This would be a great helpline for me for closing this deal.
