Thanks!  I'm interested in the south side, primarily Woodlawn.  The University of Chicago is putting a lot of money into the neighborhood and I'm expecting a lot of growth.  What about you? @Tushar Shah

Hi, my name is Ariana.  I live in Chicago with my husband.  We're currently renting out my old condo in Michigan and looking to invest in properties here in Chicago.  Although I have one under my belt, I still consider myself a newbie.  I learned mostly by trial and error.  I'm really excited to develop a new network and learn from everyone on the site!
