Post: Where Do You Think People Fail When Not Achieving Financial Freedom?

This is great! I think people are afraid to take risks! They’d rather stay where they’re comfortable and that’s pretty normal for human nature. People either see the importance of taking risks but they’re scared of failure or people don’t see it and just need someone like a coach or mentor to help them start their journey of financial freedom. I didn’t see it and now I do. And I want to be the one contributing to the importance of financial freedom and sizeable assets!

Hi! This question is for my Realtors whose niche is first time homebuyers! I’m getting closer to becoming a real estate agent and I want to know what made you successful at attracting first time homebuyers? I want this to be my personal niche as I’m new to home buying and so is my family. With that, I want to educate and help people find the importance of sizeable assets! If you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know! Thanks

Post: Write Your Declaration Of Independence

Currently at Primerica Convention in Atlanta. It’s amazing. I know this here is all things real estate but man i love being here at the convention and Im learning more about other businesses seeing the dynamic in other teams. Just recently joined Primerica as well as a way to help with my main goal of real estate. Learning sales and getting started in business is what I want at this very moment and I believe Primerica will serve its purpose.

Moving on there was something that stuck with me while being here which was “Write your declaration of independence” meaning defining what will set YOU free.

I’m going to copy and paste what ChatGPT said because I have a hard time explaining my thoughts so here we go lol

From a business standpoint, "write your declaration of independence" often means defining your business's mission, values, and strategic goals. It involves establishing a clear vision for your company, determining how you want to differentiate yourself from competitors, and asserting your unique value proposition. This could also mean making decisions that allow your business to operate independently from restrictive partnerships, heavy reliance on a single client, or dependence on specific market conditions. It's about taking control of your business's direction and ensuring it aligns with your core principles and objectives.

So with that I challenge new members of the community like me to just define your goals privately or publicly if you’d like! However if you agree go ahead and vote on this post ! Wish peace, love & prosperity to all <3

Would love to have some mutuals that are passionate about RE as much as me! New or experienced agents please share your story or share something that interested you and made you want to start RE investing or being an agent! (besides money lol)

I’ll go first lol. My name is Ariana and I’m 20 years old. What made me want to become an agent was because my family (to my knowledge) are solely renters. Most of my immediate family does not have a lot of generational wealth. My mom is a single parent with 3 kids. My mom is also not a homeowner and has never been. I’m the oldest and I saw my mom struggle a little but she always made it work. Long story short I realized there’s a lot of people in this society who have never bought a home, can’t afford one and don’t know how to. And my mission is to uplift first time homebuyers into their dream of homeownership while educating them and doing so with integrity and honesty. What interested me in real estate was the wealth creation that can happen whether it’s the actual investing part (which you don’t need a RE salesperson license for) or being an agent and actually helping others become homeowners! I want to be as relatable and genuine as possible on here so ask me questions or engage! I’m really trying to build a community full of dope people. Wishing you all peace, love & prosperity!
