Wow thanks everyone! I really didn't think I'd get much motivational and accepting feedback being someone with zero experience. Its been a month or so that I've been thinking that it's time to grow up and get going financially. Real estate investing/wholesale is something that just caught my attention literally last night. Even tho I do work my regular job 5-6 days a week at a resort restaurant, I would be honored to connect with local real estate investors to hear how they started, what they did to first get going. I guess I'm leaning more into the wholesale part of this field to begin with since I don't have a large some of money to just yet? I'm willing to learn the ropes and dedicate to this knowing that it's something that is going to benefit my future and bring me success. I know I can do this. I'm a young creative mind full of ideas. Currently am reading a couple books that BP provided when I signed up last night. I'm starting with "The ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing" thank you everyone!

Hello everyone!

My name is Argeo, pronounced r g o. I am from Cape Coral, FL. Currently at the time of this post its 3:25am and every night I'm up thinking what is it that I want to do with my life that will bring me success. I was on Instagram scrolling through my feed after work, came across a real estate investor profile. One thing lead to another. I then google searched "becoming a real estate investor with no money" because that's my financial position at the moment, and I found the site biggerpockets.com that caught my attention and I'm excited to be a new member! I recently turned 22 years old. A sudden switch went off in my head that I need to prepare myself for my future and no one is just going to drop a fortune of cash on my lap. I want to become financially free, non the less successful. I have zero experience in this field, but I'm willing to put in hard work, do my homework, and educated myself to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing. I do have a current job at a Westin Resort restaurant called The Marker 92 that has earned me great hospitality skills. I have a very creative mind that I can put to use, I have a knack for talking to people making them feel important and taken care of, I'm a hard worker and won't quit until a task is complete. I'm not afraid of failure. I understand everyone has a moment of failure, but the important thing is not to quit. I would love to hear what many of you in my position did to get started and your methods on going about things. I'll read all of your stories as inspiration. Let me know what great books I should read. Basically anything to get me started as a real estate investor with no money. Hoping this will be my first step to bigger and better things. We all have to start somewhere, this is me. Thank you!
