@Eli M. I Use Tenant Cloud. It has many free features however includes electronic payment for $9 per month. A couple of tenants do pay through online banking which is fine. Definitely like the automation of the software though. They receive an invoice each month and when they pay through the software it shows as paid. It does take a few days for the funds to transfer from the ACH to my bank. Great app. Tracks work orders, lease copies, etc. I even have my general contractor use to it send his invoices so that I can pay him. Great for tax record keeping.

Can a conventional mortgage lender include a commercial mortgage that is in a LLC towards DTIR? Can they also ask for receipts of who a large withdrawal went to and where a payment came from for a HELOC?
