@Jason Hirko any where from 4-6% would work. I called a few portfolio lenders they said they bundle some of them and sell them ofF so they use Fannie and Freddie guidelines. Am I asking the wrong question or should I just keep calling different banks. Do you know of any in the Orlando area

Does anyone know A bank in Orlando Fl That doesn't have a seasoning period for a cash out refinance? I purchased a rental with half cash half hard money. Even if I can get just the purchase price refinance that is alright any information will help thanks.

@Steve Morris Thanks I tried to do the right the thing cause he brought me the deal and keep him in it and make 2,000 but now I see I should have let his offer expire and dealt with the listing agent my self

I am purchasing a property from a whole seller that locked up a property on the MLS and then I purchased it from him I signed all the docs and wired the escrow money to title company 5,000 non refundable on time signed all the paper worked and had everything they needed on time. That was back on July 10, we should have closed in a few day but the contract was until July 28. I signed an extension for August 14, see the seller are in another country and they are old they are scared to go to the embassy and sign the docs because of covid-19. My question is do I have to sign the extension and can I get my money back from the title company? I live in Florida. Or Can I say I will not sign the extension unless we renegotiate the purchase price. If you need any other information Please let me know Thanks.
