Thank you Eric and Jeff!

The place is about 2300 soft, the property is located in Palm Harbor.

I need to replace the floor tiles on the property that I just bought, looking for someone that is good, professional and finishes things on times .  Had a bad experience last time. Any referrals would be appreciated.

Thanks Stephan!

Hello fellow BP'ers

I have finally made the move to the Clearwater area and I'm looking to start building relationships and contacts with the local professionals!

Initially I would like to find a bank/credit union that lends to small time investors, but any other advice/recommendation is welcome. Ideally I would like to purchase my first property this year, but definitely will be within next 6 months. My thought is 3-15 units.  I would like to learn about the area first and get a general feeling of how things are down here before I take the plunge.

Thank you in advance!

Ardi

Heading out to Tampa/St.Peteresburg area next week to meet up with a broker and check out few multi-unit properties. I am in the process of preparing and Im quite sure that there are gonna be few things that I will miss to look out for or ask initally so Im hoping turning to you my fellow BP'ers for advice will minimize that. What are the few things that dont appear important initally or are easily overlooked that I should be aware of, any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Cruise def sounds fun! I would imagine with a group rate it would be more affordable if you took into consideration you would not have to really spend money for food, activities...

(for some reason when I type @ and the name the feature does not work)

I am planning on going down there next month to meet with a realtor and talk to few banks to establish the credit line. As far as how many properties, hopefully several! Starting off with one for the first 6-12 months, and then acquiring more once I get a better grasp of all the details and become more comfortable. Ideally I would like to own multi-unit properties only, but I can see the benefit of acquiring SFH as well (since the upfront cash would be lower)

Hi all!

Soon enough I will probably pull the trigger and buy a MF property so Im trying to get the fine details ironed out before I hit the ground running. Who would you guys think are the necessary people when assembling a team? Broker, banker/loan officer, PM, lawyers...also my area will be in the Tampa/Sarasota area, so any specific rec would also come helpful
Thank you all!
