Thanks Ryan. My understanding is Modular or prefab homes are different and are not subject to mobile home zoning.

They are treated line regular residentil zoning.

Hello, We are currently thinking about tis idea in DFW area. I have couple of lots. Thinking about a fourplex modular or prefab homes. Any suggestion about a modular builder or low cost builder?

I have couple of lots . Looking to build a 4 plex . Can any one suggest a low cost builder modular or stick home builder. Trying to keep within 80$/sqft per door. is that a reasonable expectation?
