@Ruddy Anthony Salazar I'm definitely interested. I live in the Valley. But anywhere is okay with me. Once or twice a month would be awesome, either weekends or in the evenings. I'm just starting in REI, so I'm trying to learn as much as possible and get to know people.

Thanks!

@David Olson Hey David, I love what you’ve done. If I were to comment on one thing, that would be the part you said that the realtor won’t be able to speak to the house and I know what’s behind the walls, etc.... Don’t make it an emotional sale; don’t get attached. You will find yourself not getting an offer. Get your best offer and get out. Other than that, amazing job. I loved the pictures. Best of luck!

Hi, I recently started learning about REI and have been in the education phase so far. I have decided to focus on fix-n-flip and buy-n-hold(rental) properties. My main concern is the capital. Given my financial situation, I do qualify for FHA loans. Can I flip houses with FHA loans? Any advice/input and source of education concerning this would be appreciated. Best!

Hello, So I’m getting started in REI and came across a REI group. Everything looks okay about them except he fact that they’re asking me to purchase an educational package from Renatus.com which costs $10k or $20k based of different materials. Would you guys recommend something like that? Or should I stick to the materials here and the books that are available for sale here? One benefit of joining them is that there will be training and when I find a deal, they can help with funding (I can partner up with an investor within the group) as I have no capital. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
