Thanks for the quick reply. I've also learned Realty Trac also supplies this data and they offer a free 7-day trial membership.

Anyone know of a good resource to check out the % of short sales in different parts of the country? More specifically per county... Would I have to go to the courthouse of each county or is there an online source that collects all of the data and consolidates it?
