@Sandra Morrison Thank you :) is good to know that I am not the only one that feels anxious. I know it will be fine, it might just be the anticipation of waiting for the process of appraisals and closing, moving and then doing repairs to put my old house in the market for renting it that creates the anxiety.

Thank you @Hamp Lee III So far I haven't had a problem renting my homes, I hope it stays that way. I appreciate your advice :)

I'm buying my 5th home, but for the first time I am feeling nervous and anxious about it. I believe it's the fact that I'm paying twice as much price and interest than I ever did and consequently although I know I can make the payment it's just not what I am use to.  It will be my primary residence and will will be renting the one I'm moving out of. Anybody has any advice or words or encouragement, I really need it right now. I'm in the Huntersville are in NC, anybody here familiar with the area?  

@Elizabeth Aguilera I came across their add on the internet as well. I am also looking for any infomation any one can offer. Did you end up using Truss Financial? If so, how did it go?
