Currently I'm trying to figure out the funding part. I have an 800 credit score, $10,000 in credit card debt and about $5000.00 in savings I came across a program called NACA, it just sounds too good to be true. No down payment, no closing costs and I just have to attend to a couple of classes that they offer. Any reviews or comments about this program? I tried a conventional loan but I did not qualify because I don't have the 20% down payment.

I'm looking for a way to get out of the rat race. I'm a 35 year old, I have worked at City National Bank for 15 years, I have 2 girls.I have never owned real estate I have always rented places. Currently I pay $2300.00 for a condominium in Alhambra CA. Through my search I found a couple of books by Brandon Turner which guided me to end up with this website and just want to say hello hoping that there will be someone that can share some light and information on my new journey. (My goal is to start in House hacking)
