Great! That's what I thought. Getting licensed would be a great way learn the market, pick up some skills of the trade and hopefully earn an income.

I am also wondering if there are any limitations on Realtors purchasing MLS bargain homes (other than the disclosure) and if it's legal for Realtors to wholesale non listed property to other investors.

Would appreciate the info :)

Thanks

Hi everyone: I have been doing a lot of reading and research on REI and what I seem to ba lacking is knowldge of the real estate market. I am a stay at home wife and figured I could use my time to get a RE license and start working with an egency/brokerage. The reason I am thinking of doing this is because I want to learn so much more about market values and getting first hand experince in dealing with closings, listings, and public relations.

I could use the knowldge that I gain form being a realtor as a stepping stone for my realty investment business.

I would love to hear some opinions

Thank you much :D

Hi everyone: I need some help with my business cards. I am just starting out. Meaning that I have educated myself and about to attend my first REI club meeting. I figured that I need some business cards made as the point of going to the meeting is to network. My goal is to start as wholesale then move on to bigger things that require capital. My question is: what title do I use on my cards? Do I just list wholesale/Aquisition Specialist, or wholesaler or investor/wholesaler?

I know the question might sound redundant, but I'm just trying to do things the way the have been done by others and not look retarded by putting some unusual title on the cards Smiley

Thanks
